Orly Holiday Soiree Collection - Androgynie

Morning!

Today I have yet another polish from Orly's Holiday Soiree Collection - Androgynie. I got this lovely from a swap with my lovely pal and fellow blogger Maria. Her swatches and blog are amazing, and so is she! Thanks girl! :D

Oh, Androgynie, I'm so torn when it comes to you! On one hand you are a STUNNER in the bottle - I mean when I first saw your promo pics my eyes bulged out of my head! I was beyond pumped to get my claws on you! Now that I have you, you have been a bit of a difficulty. In other words, it took me three manicures and MUCH, MUCH shaking to get the large holo glitter to come to the brush. Was it worth it? I think so, but I'm not as impressed on the nail as in the bottle. Not a total loss I guess! Androgynie is a black jelly polish with micro-fine gold and holo shimmer and larger green, blue, and gold hex holo-glitter. They just sink to the bottom and are a pain in the you-know-what. Patience, patience, patience!

  3. I fell in love with the bottle shots and I knew I just had to have it. I heard that if you thin it out a bit it is better to work with. It looks great on you!
