Old and New - Revlon StreetWear Ggold Mmine & Confetti Bayou Blue

Hey there!

I hope you're all having a great weekend and today is no exception! Today is another Old and New post, and I'm starting off with a StreetWear. Oh, old duochromes, your color shifts are so pretty but your brushstrokes are not! This is Ggold Mmine. Great color, shifting from olive green to a bright gold, it's really fascinating and in person the shift is so apparent! Alas, this vintage beauty is just impossible to apply without the streaks. I still love it though, it has that Peridot-like feel that is popular right now. Not to mention I'm a duochrome nut. This is two coats.

Next up I have a Confetti polish, Bayou Blue. I LOVE everything New Orleans and Baton Rouge, have ever since I was a little girl. As polish lovers, we all know we buy polish sometimes just for the names LOL! So, yes, I was suckered into buying this smurf-blue creme polish. I really enjoy Confetti polish for a low cost polish brand, and this polish applied evenly after two coats.

Have a relaxing day! :)

  2. Love this blue! I tend to overlook Confetti because my CVS places the displays at the most awkward height but I need to check more out!

  3. I have Ggold Mmine! I don't think I've ever worn it though but it's really pretty in the bottle. Sucks about the brushstrokes!
