Old and New - China Glaze - Violet Hush & Nicole by OPI's Khloe Had A Little Lam-Lam

Hello there!

Today is another Old and New post! For the Old section I have China Glaze's Violet Hush, yet another great blog sale find! Violet Hush is an old China Glaze with the old bottle style, silver cap, and silver lettering as well. I love this polish for it's mauve color, and I actually enjoy it's frostiness, which I know most don't enjoy in the nail community. I'm weird, it's okay. It's a less obvious type of frost and I really love it on my nails! Great formula, almost a one-coater but went with two.

Next up I have the base color that I used to Red Carpet Lacquer's Grifter - Khloe Had A Little Lam-Lam by Nicole for OPI. The name makes me want to puke in my mouth, but the color itself is awesome! I love the deepened teal color so much. The formula was pretty decent, this is two coats.

Have a fantastic day!

China Glaze - Channelesque

AGGHH!

I'm so freakin' excited for today's post! Have you ever found a polish, you think it's pretty in the bottle, and than you paint that baby on and - WOW! I have fallen so in love with this polish it's not even funny! I got this baby from my amazing friend Jacqui at out Nail Board meetup earlier this fall. I'm so glad it's mine! It's the perfect combo of sophistication and funky. I bring to you China Glaze's Channelesque!

LOOK AT IT! JUST LOOK AT IT! Channelesque is what I describe as a mushroom-y lilac creme that reminds of of silly putty! It really had that putty look to it don't you think? This color is long discontinued & HTF and is not the now 3-free China Glaze formula. I love it so much I don't care. I'll take five back up bottles, please and thank you! This is two dreamy coats. :)))

I could just go and on and on about this gorgeous polish! I'm sure it can be bought on Amazon or Ebay - if you find it snatch it up!

Missha in GR002

Hello:) My next polish is Missha in GR002. The Missha polishes don't actually have names, just numbers. Not sure why :/
Anyhoo, Missha polishes are VERY reasonably priced. And for this Korean-based brand, shipping is very reasonable also. Here we go!
GR002 is a highly pigmented turquoise creme. This was a two-coater! In my opinion, not too thick, not too thin. Just the right amount!:) Even better? The bottom of the bottle is in the shape of a heart <3
Missha polishes can be purchased at http://www.misshaus.com/
Without sales the prices are still reasonable, but I've seen them go as low as $1.50/bottle, which is what i paid.
