Retro Sunday Squared with The Scholarly Nail - Vintage Sally Hansen glitters!

We're baaaaaaack!

We've taken a bit of a break, but we are back and read to rock and roll! Jacqui and I have missed our Retro Sunday Squared posts so much! For today we'd thought we'd start things off with a bang with Sally Hansen glitters. First up I have Solar Power, one of my newer glitter additions from eBay. Solar Power is a FANTASTIC summer yellow glitter! It's very sheer so I layered two coats over Sally's Complete Manicure Yellow Kitty. It is jam-packed with holo glitter, making this a fun, sunny look! LOVE.

LOVE.
Next up I have a fun bar glitter (YAY!) to share, Pink Champagne! This is another newer polish I bought from the same seller on eBay. I have a bar glitter obsession so I fell in love right away! I love the mixture in this one, tiny pink glitter mixed with three different colors of bar glitter - pink, gold, & lavender. I think next time I might pair this with a lighter shade of purple or pink. This is two coats over Essie Luxedo.

Party in a bottle!
Don't forget to check out Jacqui's post today!

  1. Awwww yeah!!! *cabbage patching* These are both FAB girl! Solar Power is amazeballs, love those little holo glitters in there. It's not often you see a yellow glitter polish. Love Pink Champagne as well, of course! I picked it up from that seller on eBay too, I hope she gets some more SH glitters in some day!

  3. These glitters are amazing! Solar Power might be my favorite, only because it's so cheery and bright. Pink Champagne is also very beautiful.
